Pine Crest Upper School Chorus Performs at Disney World Candlelight Processional

Members of the Pine Crest Upper School Chorus were recently selected to perform in the 2025 Candlelight Processional at EPCOT in Walt Disney World. This prestigious annual event brings together top high school choirs from across the country to perform alongside professional musicians in a powerful holiday production.
The Candlelight Processional features a 50-member professional orchestra, Disney’s signature Voices of Liberty vocal ensemble and a guest celebrity narrator. This year, Ashley Eckstein, actress and designer known for voicing Ahsoka Tano in “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” was the narrator. The entire production was conducted by Dr. John Sinclair of Rollins College, who has led more than 1,000 Candlelight performances throughout his distinguished career.
“In preparation for their performance, students learned and memorized 14 selections of music,” said Mr. Michael Testa, Choral Director on the Fort Lauderdale campus. “That is not an easy thing to do, and the students did a wonderful job.”
Performing in the Candlelight Chorus is both a musical and educational honor, giving students the opportunity to collaborate in a professional setting while bringing the holiday spirit to thousands of Disney guests.
