Pine Crest Upper School student-artist Jessica Horvitz ’25 was selected to receive a scholarship award through the SACSN Florida High School Art Awards for her work “Never Sea Sick.”

 

SACSN Florida High School Art Awards launched their first immersive Metaverse exhibition this year with 159 selections representing high schools across Florida. The exhibition is a first-of-its-kind national showcase. The virtual gallery merges next-generation technology, bringing high school art to life in a fully immersive, museum-quality experience that anyone can explore, from anywhere in the world. Five Upper School students—Daniel Rais ’26, Rowan Sundevall ’26, Madeline Rosenthal ’25, William Gabrielle ’25 and Hannah Stanely ’26—were selected as finalists and are included in the exhibit.
