Five Members from Pine Crest School’s Class of 2023 have received National Merit Scholarships®.

Rebecca Adler ’23, Lucas Almeida ’23, Ava Malkin ’23, Joie Rodin ’23, and Kyla Truong ’23 earned scholarships underwritten by National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC) with its own funds, that may be applied toward the tuition of the college or university they will be attending.

Students were named National Merit Semifinalists based on their performance on the 2021 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT®).

To compete for Merit Scholarship awards, Semifinalists first had to advance to the Finalist level of the competition by fulfilling additional requirements, including submitting a detailed scholarship application; demonstrating an outstanding academic record; being endorsed and recommended by a high school official; and earning SAT® scores that confirmed the qualifying test performance.

Congratulations to all!
