The deadline for uploading documents to the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment is November 15. You may begin uploading documents on September 1.

Documents due by November 15:

  • 2022 W-2s
  • 2022 1040 Personal Tax Returns (complete with all schedules and attachments)
  • 2022 Business Tax Returns (for business owners, complete with all schedules and attachments)

All 2023 tax documentation needs to be uploaded to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment before May 1. Failure to do so will jeopardize your financial aid award.

Applicants who do not meet the set deadline for submitting all required and requested information will not be considered until all other applicants have been reviewed.
