Newly enrolled families should begin completing the application on FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment as soon as their child applies for admission to Pine Crest School. Supporting documents may be uploaded as soon as your application is complete.

The application opens on September 1, 2025 and the deadline to complete the application and provide the following required documentation is January 15:

  • 2023 and 2024 W-2s
  • 2023 and 2024 1040 Personal Tax Returns (complete with all schedules and attachments)
  • 2023 and 2024 Business Tax Returns (for business owners, complete with all schedules and attachments)

In addition, on or before April 15, the following must be uploaded:

  • 2025 W-2s
  • 2025 1040 Personal Tax Returns (complete with all schedules and attachments)
  • 2025 Business Tax Returns (for business owners, complete with all schedules and attachments)

Applicants who do not meet the deadline for submitting all required and requested information will not be considered until all other applicants have been reviewed.
