At Pine Crest School, learning extends far beyond the classroom. Students from pre-kindergarten through grade 12 have opportunities to explore their interests, develop new skills and discover what inspires them through arts, athletics, technology, student media and activities across campus.
With private school campuses in Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton, Florida, Pine Crest offers a student experience designed to encourage exploration at every age. Students can perform on stage, compete on the field, build and code in innovation labs, produce broadcasts and publications, and pursue interests through after-school programs and activities.

Computer Science, Engineering and Robotics
Students begin developing computational thinking and problem-solving skills as early as pre-kindergarten and build upon those foundations through coding, engineering, robotics and hands-on design. Students gain hands-on experience in broadcast journalism, film, sports broadcasting, writing, photography, design and publishing. Pine Crest student media programs give students opportunities to tell stories, develop technical skills and create work for real audiences.

After-School Programs
The Pine Crest experience continues after the school day ends. Depending on grade level and campus, students may participate in enrichment activities, music and athletic instruction, clubs, Extended Day and other programs that allow them to explore interests and spend time with peers.
More Than a School Day
The student experience at Pine Crest is shaped by the opportunities students choose to pursue and the perspectives they gain along the way. Whether they are stepping onto a stage, joining a team, programming a robot, producing a broadcast or discovering a new interest, students are encouraged to participate fully in the life of the School.
These experiences help students discover their strengths, collaborate with others and develop the confidence to pursue what comes next.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution is interacting with other socio-economic and demographic factors to create a perfect storm of business model change in all industries, resulting in major disruptions to labor markets.
New categories of jobs will emerge, partly or wholly displacing others. The skill sets required in both old and new occupations will change in most industries and transform how and where people work.
It may also affect female and male workers differently and transform the dynamics of the industry gender gap.
