Hello, and welcome to the Pine Crest Summer Programs. We are proud to have a long tradition of families from all over the world join us each summer. Families come from as far away as China to as close as the Bahamas and many in between including Eastern and Western Europe and Central and South America.

In keeping with that tradition we hope this section of our website will help you and your family make an easy transition into the summer program of your choice. Listed below are a few of the main requirements that many international families ask about, and we hope it helps to answer some of your questions.

Registration
Our online registration process can be completed from anywhere in the world. You may use your credit card to pay for camp without having to send in forms or checks. To register, please click the link on our main page.

Dates
The Pine Crest Summer Programs typically operates in June and July each summer since our school year ends in early June and begins in mid-August. Please see the individual camp pages for specific dates of each program.

Lodging/Housing & Transportation
We are a day camp only and not an overnight camp program. Additionally, we do not provide any transportation to and from our camp. Should you require lodging/housing or transportation, you will need to make arrangements on your own.

Medical Requirements
All campers are required to have a Pine Crest medical form on file during the summer. In accordance with the State of Florida and Pine Crest School, this form must be signed by a Florida doctor within the United States. A physical is not required*.

*For all 4 year old campers, a Florida Physical and Immunization form will also be needed. We suggest that you bring your documentation with you to assist a local doctor.

If you do not have access to a Florida doctor, there are several local clinics that are available for a small fee, usually around $25.00 (many of which are open during the weekend). Your child(ren) must have a completed physician form on the first day you attend camp. If your travel plans do not permit you to complete a doctor’s visit prior to beginning camp, we will not be able to allow your child(ren) to attend camp until we have received the form. We thank you for your understanding.

Please download the Physician Form PDF on the right side of our main webpage.

Additional Information
We realize that visiting the United States often provides children an opportunity to develop and expand their language skills; however, the Pine Crest Summer Programs is an English only camp. We do not offer any language courses in English.

We strongly request that any child attending our programs must have Basic English skills. This is for their safety and enjoyment of the program. This will also help them to understand instructions in both daily and emergency situations.

We will occasionally have additional campers with similar backgrounds in attendance and sometimes have bilingual staff members, but there is no guarantee of this.

Please visit the main page of our website for our registration button, all camp medical forms, downloads, and general information.

We hope that you have found this information helpful and look forward to a great summer!
