  • FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTIONS

    Payment options:
    • Tuition may be remitted in two payments with no interest charge if one-half of tuition is paid by May 31 and the remainder by October 31.
    • Payment may be set up in ten (10) monthly installments. The administrative fee for this plan is $350.
    • A loan may be set up through Your Tuition Solution. For more information, call 800-920-9777.
    • A Financial Aid payment plan may be arranged.
    Accounts will be charged interest on all balances past due at the rate of 18% per year but in no event more than the maximum rate permitted by law.
     
  • FINANCIAL AID

    Parents must apply for financial aid by November 30 for the 2019-20 school year. Learn how to apply for financial aid.
  • BUS TRANSPORTATION

    Bus service fees are based upon route and service. Learn more about bus transportation routes and pricing.
  • LAPTOP COMPUTER

    Middle and Upper School students are required to have an approved laptop for use in classes.
  • UNIFORMS

    Uniforms are required for all students at Pine Crest School grades Pre-Kindergarten through twelve. All clothing should be marked with the student’s name. Lower School student’s physical education shorts and shirts are distributed on campus.

The School and Student Services (SSS) program is owned by the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) and is used by more than 2,100 independent schools to help determine a family's ability to pay tuition costs. The service and process help ensure that all schools use a consistent assessment and an objective procedure to evaluate your financial aid application. Financial aid is awarded according to demonstrated financial need as determined by SSS. Each family's ability to contribute to the cost of its child's education is based upon information supplied to SSS.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

  • All families applying for financial aid must submit copies of their tax returns, related schedules, 4506T Form, and W-2 forms directly to SSS.
  • A delay in supplying information to SSS will affect a family's consideration for funds.
  • Families applying for financial aid should NOT file for extensions with the IRS.
  • Starting Tuesday, October 2, families may apply online for $51.
