• Application

  • Application Fee - $100, non-refundable fee submitted online through the Pine Crest website once the application has been submitted.

  • Student Questionnaire - Completed by the student and sent to the Office of Admission via e-mail, fax or mail.

  • Copy of Birth Certificate; Copy of Passport, if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen.

  • Teacher Recommendation Forms - Submitted after November 1 by the parent/guardian to the child's school and returned directly to Pine Crest School.

  • Transcript Request Form - Official grades/transcripts must be sent to the Office of Admission after the first grading period of the current academic year. Transcripts must come directly to Pine Crest School from the sending school in a sealed envelope.

  • Testing - SSAT: ​Grade 6-8 applicants are required to take the Middle Level SSAT. Grade 9-11 applicants are required to take the Upper Level SSAT. Both tests are offered at the Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton campuses. The applicant may take the test on one of our campuses or at another testing location. In addition to the SSAT, we strongly recommend that all applicants take The Character Skills Snapshot. For students registered for the SSAT there is no additional charge for The Snapshot. Registration for both tests can be found online at www.ssat.org. We encourage students to register for the November, December, or January test dates to be considered in the first round of admission decisions. Please make sure SSAT forwards the test results directly to Pine Crest School by entering the code for either the Fort Lauderdale campus (5794) or the Boca Raton campus (5795).

  • Parent and Student Interviews ​- Interviews are required and may be scheduled online once all documents have been received. Families who do not reside locally may request a Skype/phone interview.
