Pine Crest Lower, Middle, and Upper School singers from the Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale campuses were selected to join the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA) National Conference recently.

Students traveled to Kansas City, Missouri for the four-day conference where they performed with some of the best singers from across the country.

“The National Honor Choir and Conference is one of the highest honors a student singer can achieve,” said Michael Testa, Choral Director. “The students went through a rigorous audition recording process, which included scales, excerpts from the concert repertoire, and a solo classical song. They were selected from thousands of applicants from across the country.”

The Conference celebrated its 60th anniversary, and students participated in a variety of workshops that culminated in a concert at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts.

Congratulations to all!
