JAMES P. SULLIVAN, Vice President of Enrollment Management

Jim Sullivan joined Pine Crest School in July 2015, bringing more than 30 years of experience in Admission at the collegiate level, 15 years serving at the University of Miami where he was the Senior Associate Director of Admission.

In this role, Jim had numerous responsibilities, including serving as the manager and supervisor of the operations and admission recruitment staff of 28 members; the liaison to the Office of the President; the Legacy Admission Coordinator, a program he created and spearheaded; the Chair of the Jenkins Scholarship Selection Committee; an integral member of the University of Miami's Enterprise Resource Planning Team, which introduced a new campus-wide student information system; and a sought-after presenter on the college admission process at high schools across the nation.

Jim has earned the respect of his professional colleagues for his intellect, leadership, organization, kindness, personal convictions, and his commitment to students and families. Jim and Kathleen Sullivan are the parents of two Pine Crest students - a junior in the Upper School and an alumnus from the Class of 2017.
