Annual Fund gifts are utilized by our school in a variety of ways to enrich the day-to-day experience of every student. The Annual Fund supports our school's operating budget by providing the resources for many of the programs that make Pine Crest so special.

Annual Fund dollars may be used to send our faculty members to workshops and conferences, acquire new musical instruments, and for the purchase of computers and software. They also are used for the upkeep of our beautiful campus, as well as for providing grant assistance to qualified students whose families are unable to afford full tuition. Additionally, Annual Fund resources may be used for sports equipment, team uniforms, and officiating costs for our athletic programs.

A gift to the Annual Fund ensures that every student on our campus continues to experience outstanding teachers, enrichment programs, extracurricular activities and, most importantly, the academic standard of excellence that is synonymous with a Pine Crest education.

Did You Know?
  • Tuition covers only about 85% of a student's Pine Crest education.

  • Pine Crest, like most independent schools, relies upon a strong tradition of voluntary Annual Giving from families and friends to bridge this gap.

  • All gifts to Pine Crest School are tax-deductible as allowed by the IRS.

  • A Special Giving Opportunity for Eighth Grade Families
The families of the Eighth Grade Class are invited to participate in the Eighth Grade Class Gift Program. The name of every eighth grade family who makes a gift to the Annual Fund will be listed, along with the name of their "graduating" eighth grader, on a permanent plaque which hangs on the Pine Crest School at Boca Raton campus. Additionally, those families who participate in the Eighth Grade Class Gift Program will be given special recognition in the Annual Report of Gifts.
