Girls Cross Country Wins Third Team Championship
For the third time this season, the Girls Cross Country team came away with the team championship.  This time they convincingly won the 58 school Mountain Dew Gator Invitational hosted by the University of Florida defeating the 2nd place team by 21 points.  While the girls team has had a lot of success of the past few years, this by far was their biggest regular season victory in school history.  Competing against teams from all over the State and all classifications in one of the biggest meets of the year proved to be exactly what they needed to bring out their best!  Overall for the girls there were 12 Personal Records or Season Best times turned in by the girls which was incredible given the hilly course.  The JV team also did well finishing 2nd out of 26 teams.

The boys also had a great day turning in 12 Personal Records or Season Best times en route to a 11th place finish in the 67 team field.  The boys JV team also ran well finishing 5th out of 24 teams.

Girls Cross Country Wins Pine Crest Invitational
The 3rd Annual Pine Crest Cross Country Invitational a huge success! There were 34 schools that participated and 739 runners that completed their races (2013 there were just over 20 schools and 407 runners)!
