|48 Fine Arts Students to Represent Pine Crest at All State|
Each year, a panel of judges selects the finest band, chorus, and orchestra students from the state of Florida through a series of tests and auditions. These musicians are then designated "All-State," and they travel to Tampa in January for a series of rehearsals, recordings, and concerts.
|Learning through Music is a Hit at Pine Crest|
Walk into a first grade classroom at Pine Crest School, and you may see Mrs. Ashleigh Cicconi holding a guitar and hear her asking students to raise their hands and announce a noun, a verb, and an adjective when called upon. Like an in-person Mad Libs® exercise, Mrs. Cicconi then adds the students’ words to a song and sings it while playing her guitar.

The Pine Crest Fort Lauderdale Dancers have been busy performing in two shows in recent weeks. Dance Etc. performed November 20th and Dance Showcase performed on December 6th.
