Application Fee - $100, non-refundable fee submitted online through the Pine Crest website once the application has been submitted.
Campus Tour - We encourage you to become as familiar with Pine Crest School as possible. The best way to get to know Pine Crest is to visit us! Please contact the Office of Admission to schedule a group weekday tour with one of our parent volunteers and/or register to attend one of our Open House programs. Parents are welcome to either come separately from their child or bring their child with them, whichever they prefer. An individual meeting with an Admission Officer is also available and welcomed. Copy of Birth Certificate; Copy of Passport, if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen.
Teacher Recommendation Form - Submitted after November 1, by the parent/guardian to the child's school and returned directly to Pine Crest School.
Transcript Request Form - For students applying to Grade 1-3, official grades/transcripts must be sent to the Office of Admission after the first grading period of the current academic year. Transcripts must come directly to Pine Crest School from the sending school in a sealed envelope.
Class Visits/Testing - For students applying to grades 1-3, once the application, teacher recommendation form and school records have been received, the next step for students is an opportunity to experience a day in the life of a Pine Crest student. Applicants are invited to spend the day in the grade they are currently in. Grade 1-3 applicants complete their admission testing during their class visit day.
