Work at Pine Crest

Thank you for your interest in joining the faculty and staff of Pine Crest School.

Educators choose to work at Pine Crest for many reasons and find it a wonderful and fulfilling place to spend their days. At Pine Crest, we support a culture that values the contributions of skilled and talented people who bring their unique qualities to our community. The key to our success is the diversity of cultures, education, languages, and other characteristics within our community.

We work to recognize achievements and provide an atmosphere where employees can thrive and demonstrate their skills and abilities. We believe in providing our employees with an environment that is personally fulfilling and professionally stimulating. Our expectations for performance are significant, and they are matched by the appropriate professional rewards.

Our teachers are the reason families choose Pine Crest and the reason for our success as a school. Parents trust our teachers' guidance, leadership, knowledge, and dedication.

Our fundamental strength can be found in the teaching faculty, consisting of 337 women and men who are dedicated to the education of our students. Their teaching experience at Pine Crest averages about ten years, with a longer average tenure in the profession. Many have written professional articles or books, served on state and national committees, and spoken at academic conferences. Most Pine Crest teachers have earned their master's or higher academic degree. They have the freedom to teach in the best possible manner without the hindrance of state or national control. Many members of our senior academic administration staff were first Pine Crest teachers.

We are the dreamers and doers: a cast of many, committed to making young dreams a reality. Our colleagues represent a broad spectrum of experience and cultural heritage, and we want to add to this diverse wealth of talent. We are continuously seeking individuals to join our community who are committed to the mission of the school, exceptional in their field of expertise, and enthusiastic.

If you are an experienced professional seeking an opportunity to partner with an education leader in making a positive impact on the future of our children, please forward your resume to our Human Resources Department for consideration:
