We have created this website to give you a sense of Pine Crest School -
to provide a way for you to make an online visit to our school, to
explore our campuses, and to see the programs and people that make us a
strong and dynamic school community.
On your journey, you will hear our youngest students being inquisitive,
digging deeper than you would think possible for someone who is five or
six years old. You will also observe students engaging in conversation
with teachers and gathering in common areas to study on their laptops.
You will see lots of laughter and get a sense of community.
Ours is a special place. We are a group of faculty and administrators
with the common goal of arming students with the tools they will need
to have the benefit of choosing which colleges they will attend and how
they will make the most of their opportunities.
You will see some students with their noses in their books. But, for
the most part, you will see young people active in their quest to grasp
the broad educational opportunities that Pine Crest offers. You will
see them learning to act, dance, paint, compete in sports, speak a
different language, work on lab experiments, and give back to the
community. You will watch students learning to want to know more about
a myriad of topics.
Lifelong learning is part of achieving one's goals. We, at Pine Crest,
are unified in our mission to create the environment necessary to
inspire academic excellence, character building, and strong leadership.
Our students leave our program prepared to meet the challenges ahead of
them with confidence and a smile. They are ready for college first and
then to embark on successful careers.
Through Pine Crest's mission of providing each student with the best in
education and character building, the school aids in the development of
self-expression and empowerment. With exposure to a wide variety of
experiences, each student gains opportunities to grow in self-reliance,
independent thinking, and concern for the community.
I thank you and your family for your interest in our school. We hope
this website helps you learn more about how Pine Crest School makes a
difference in the lives of its students and alumni.
